Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing – Clinical Capital Projects and Workforce Transformation to lead clinical strategy across the Estates and Capital portfolio.

You will provide senior clinical leadership, shape future workforce models, and ensure nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals are integrated into capital schemes. This is a high-impact, strategic role within Lincolnshire’s health system.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current registration (NMC).
Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare leadership, service transformation or related subject.
Evidence of advanced leadership and management capability.

Responsibilities

Provide senior clinical leadership across the Group’s Estates and Capital portfolio.
Contribute to strategic estate planning and prioritisation from a clinical and workforce perspective.
Lead clinical workforce transformation associated with major estate and capital developments.
Support Care Groups to develop future workforce establishments, skill mix, leadership models and mobilisation plans.
Ensure nursing, midwifery, AHP and wider clinical teams are involved in design and estate decisions.
Provide clinical assurance throughout design, refurbishment, construction, commissioning and opening.
