Pulse’s Nursing Team - Nursing Service Delivery Lead

Pulse’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to join the team for a full-time role based in the Norfolk & Suffolk area.

These roles will work locally in the Norfolk & Suffolk area, providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. To be successful in this role, you MUST have experience in a similar role and be proficient as a phlebotomist.

This is an established programme seeking new candidates as it moves into its next phase.

Position Details:
  • Location: Norfolk & Suffolk
  • Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary
  • Duration: Ongoing
Essential Skills:
  • An experienced nurse who has led nurses in a similar environment
  • Proof of phlebotomy skills, as overseeing these services is required

We are looking for experienced nurses to work at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service. Days are long, from 7.30am to 6.30pm, with Sunday hours from 10.30am to 5pm.

This position will be available from June 2024, with site locations including Breckland, King’s Lynn, Suffolk, and Bury St Edmunds. The sites are mobile and will move every 4-5 weeks, so driving and flexibility to work at different sites are beneficial.

The pay rate is up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate), with enhanced rates for weekend work. Positions are available now.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensure quality care delivery, meet clinical governance and compliance targets, and maintain service safety and seamlessness
  • Support staff attendance and scheduling, with a supernumerary role to assist with HSW breaks
  • Report directly to the Chief Nurse
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for operational queries
Essential Requirements:
  • Must be an experienced nurse
