Pulse’s Nursing Team - Nursing Service Delivery Lead

We are currently recruiting experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads for a full-time role based in the South East area.

This role involves providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project in the local South East area. To succeed, candidates must have experience in a similar role and be proficient in phlebotomy.

This established programme is expanding into its next phase and is seeking new candidates.

Position Details:
  • Location: South East
  • Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary
  • Duration: Ongoing
Essential Skills:
  • An experienced nurse with leadership experience in a similar environment
  • Proof of phlebotomy skills, as overseeing these services is required

Candidates should be able to work at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service, with long days from 7.30am to 6.30pm, and Sunday hours from 10.30am to 5pm.

The position is available now until June 2024, with potential sites including Rushmoor, Dorking, and Farnham. These mobile sites move every 4-5 weeks, so driving and flexibility to work at different sites are beneficial.

The pay rate is up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate), with enhanced rates for weekend work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
  • Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
  • Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
  • Reporting to the Chief Nurse
  • Handling operational queries as the first point of escalation
Essential Requirements:
  • Must be an experienced nurse
  • Willingness to fully register with our agency
