You will support the Registered Nurse in assessments and care planning, promote health, monitor patients, and contribute to an environment of learning for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Nurse in ongoing assessment and care planning for patients.
• Promote health and prevent ill health in patients and service users.
• Monitor the condition and health needs of patients in partnership with colleagues, families and carers.
• Contribute to an effective learning environment and support others in their learning.
• Adhere to the NMC Code and work within professional standards of practice.
