Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Nurse Associate to deliver physical health checks within the Early Intervention team and to work with the Treatment/Physical health teams. The role includes home visits in the community and clinic-based duties, contributing to high-quality mental health and learning disability services across Greater Manchester.

You will perform physical health assessments, BP monitoring, venepuncture and administer depot medication, liaising with psychiatrists,

Qualifications

• Perform physical health checks including BP monitoring and venipuncture.
• Administer depot medication as part of treatment.
• Collaborate with Early Intervention and Treatment teams to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical health checks in community and patients' homes.
• Support depot injections and Clozapine clinics as needed.
• Work with consultants, managers and care coordinators to coordinate care.
