You will support Registered Nurses and clinical teams, provide wound care, contribute to personalised care planning and uphold high standards of care in line with CQC expectations. Qualifications

• Qualified Nursing Associate with active NMC PIN.
• Experience in acute, community, residential, nursing or private healthcare.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
• Compassion, teamwork and calm professionalism in challenging environments.
• Commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Support RNs and clinical teams in delivering advanced nursing care.
• Provide wound care and clinical support for residents with enhanced medical needs.
• Participate in specialist assessments, audits and clinical interventions to improve resident outcomes.
• Hold consultations and contribute actively to personalised care planning.
• Administer medications under supervision with precision, safety and compliance.
• Build relationships with residents and families, communicating clearly and compassionately.
• Help maintain robust clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical practice aligned with CQC and professional expectations.
