Job summary

HCA UK’s Wellington Hospital, Platinum Medical Centre in London, seeks a Nursing Associate to join the Breast Unit in a part-time permanent role. The unit provides triple assessment clinics, rapid diagnostics and a collaborative outpatient pathway.

You will work under a Registered Nurse, support assessments, care planning and documentation, with flexible shifts Mon-Fri and a focus on compassionate patient care in a private hospital setting.

Qualifications

• NMC registration as Nursing Associate.
• Level 5 Nursing Associate Foundation Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in acute hospital environment, ideally with Outpatients/Breast Unit exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach delivering high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Support assessments, care planning and evaluation with the nursing team.
• Record clinical observations accurately and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain clear, timely patient records in line with standards.
• Contribute to a safe, collaborative environment for patients and colleagues.
