Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge in a busy outpatient environment? Under supervision by Registered Nurses, you’ll assist the Nursing team in delivering the excellent standard of patient care you would expect for yourself and your loved ones.

Your duties will involve supporting patients with completing their clinic appointment with the best possible patient journey experience; ensuring patient flow is maintained throughout the department; offering chaperone services where required; engaging with the MDT to ensure clinics run to time and engaging with patients to feedback on their experience within the department.

Then you could join the Plastic Surgery Outpatients team at Wythenshawe Hospital. We are seeking a motivated Nursing Assistant ideally with experience in an outpatient setting to join our friendly team. This is a challenging but rewarding role, therefore you need to be enthusiastic and eager to learn. You will be joining a large, dedicated multi-disciplinary team who are devoted to improving patient outcomes in this specialism.
