Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking a Nursing Assistant for The Cedars night shift, 36 hours per week. You will support residents with dignity, assist with personal care and help manage nutrition and mobility as part of a caring team.
Successful candidates will have Senior Care Assistant level 3, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team while staying calm under pressure. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.

Nursing Assistants provide an essential role in contributing to the smooth running of our homes for older people. Our Nursing staff lead on the social care and support for our residents.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you would be responsible for allocating duties to a team of Health Care Assistants - acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice at all times. You would also help to provide personal care to our residents and support with their nutrition, mobility and well-being.
Once assessed as competent under the guidance of the Home Manager, a Nursing Assistant would also be required to undertake clinical tasks which may include:
