Our Nursing Assistants are supported to develop their knowledge and skills through our Support Worker Development Programme, including the Care Certificate for those who haven't completed it previously. Successful completion can lead to progression into a Band 3 Nursing Assistant role.
For experienced Nursing Assistants seeking a Band 3 position, a skills analysis will be conducted to identify any gaps, with support provided to access relevant training modules for progression.
