A leading care provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join their team. You will support the well-being of residents and lead a team of Health Care Assistants. Key duties include providing personal care and performing clinical tasks under supervision. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a relevant Level 3 qualification in care. This position offers full-time and part-time contracts with various shifts, along with robust training and support.

Nursing Assistants provide an essential role in contributing to the smooth running of our homes for older people. Our Nursing staff lead on the social care and support for our residents.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you would be responsible for allocating duties to a team of Health Care Assistants - acting as a role model in the delivery and promotion of best practice at all times. You would also help to provide personal care to our residents and support with their nutrition, mobility and well-being.
Once assessed as competent under the guidance of the Home Manager, a Nursing Assistant would also be required to undertake clinical tasks which may include:

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
