We are searching for a talented Nursing Assistant-Certified-Home Care.
*$2,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation.
Location: Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven, MA.

Under the general supervision and direction of the Clinical Manager, Director, Supportive Care Services or designee, perform patient care activities in accordance with Southcoast VNA policies and procedures, communicate pertinent patient information and unusual findings to appropriate Clinical personnel, complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, and provide exceptional and caring customer service to patient and family.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
USD $17.05 - USD $28.28 /Hr.
