We provide a service for patients who have functional and organic diagnosed or working diagnosis in addition to our frailty pathway. The ward is positive and proactive in providing care to patients who are presenting with complex mental health needs and physical co-morbidities, working in collaboration with other services, such as Adult Acute Mental Health Services, Psychology Services and Palliative care teams.

As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

We would welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated to deliver high standards of person-centred care to our patients. In return we can offer the successful candidates, clinical supervision and reflective practice groups, along with training and development opportunities and career planning.
