A leading healthcare provider in Newcastle upon Tyne is looking for a committed nursing team member to assist in delivering high-quality patient care. You will work within a dynamic team, monitoring patients and supporting the qualified nursing staff. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care are essential. The position involves rotational shifts covering seven days a week, making it ideal for adaptable candidates.
We are looking for a candidate who has a commitment to ensure safe and high-quality care is delivered to our patients, as well as being a role model and supporting other members of the MDT.
On Ward 24 there is a strong focus on multidisciplinary team working, to ensure safe and timely patient discharges or transfers to appropriate care settings.
You will be expected to work as part of a dynamic nursing team, delivering all aspects of care to patients and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable, but not essential. These posts will be rotational between day/night shift and cover seven days a week.
The main purpose of the role is to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care working as a member of the multidisciplinary team under the supervision of the nurses and the ward manager.
