Overview

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen on Ward 10 NSECH for a nursing assistant to join our team. Ward 10 is a busy 30 bedded cardiology unit which includes 6 coronary care beds.

We are looking for candidates who have commitment to ensuring safe and high quality care is delivered to our patients. You will be expected to work as part of a dynamic nursing team, delivering all aspects of care to patient and demonstrate effective communication skills. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable but not essential. The post will be rotational - day/nightshift and cover seven days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Undertakes a range of delegated clinical care duties in hospital, community, and other settings.
  • Records patient observations and changes to patient clinical conditions
