Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Home Manager who can lead from the front and inspire a high-performing team.

Above all else, you'll promote resident independence, dignity, and choice, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and residential care are always maintained.

You will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to commercially drive the service’s success, particularly within a private-pay environment.

Experience managing elderly care homes is essential, ideally combining both residential and nursing knowledge.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • RGN qualification and active PIN desired but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of the elderly care sector and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven Home Manager experience with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to provide cover and attend emergencies outside of normal working hours

Location

The home is located in Suffolk and is commutable from Ipswich, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, Framlingham, Martlesham Heath, Melton, Saxmundham, Wickham Market, Kesgrave, and surrounding areas.
