About The Role

Lloyds Clinical are looking for a Nursing Administrator toprovide effective administrative support to the nursing teams to enable service delivery and patient care.
Key accountabilities include,
  • Providing administrative support to enable nursing service delivery
  • Proactively assist new nurse colleagues with induction on HR and payroll processes, escalating support requests as required
  • Accurately order new or replacement uniforms, equipment, materials/consumables for nurses as requested
  • Provide support for invoicing/PO queries, ensuring relevant information is captured and shared with appropriate stakeholders for resolution
  • Monitoring and managing queries received through the nurse admin mailbox
  • Assess and review queries received to the nurse admin mailbox
  • Prioritise mailbox enquiries, ensuring each is responded to according to their priority
  • Organising and supporting the planning and booking of relevant training activities for nursing colleagues
