Job Role:

This role is based within the county of Hertfordshire. The Community Nurses will support the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Team Leader.

The Community Nurses must have a degree in nursing and at least 1 year of solid experience in Community Nursing.

You will be responsible, with support, for managing a client caseload with associated support needs, maintaining client records confidentially, and acting in accordance with NMC registration requirements and the Code of Conduct.

You will provide professional nursing assessments, undertake clinical procedures, and coordinate care plans, working in a busy, fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with staff and patients.
