Job Role:

This role is based within the county of Hertfordshire. The Community Nurses will support the team with daily duties and report to the Team Leader.

The Community Nurses must have a nursing degree and at least 1 year of experience in Community Nursing.

You will be responsible for managing a client caseload with support, maintaining up-to-date client records, and acting in accordance with NMC registration requirements and the Code of Conduct.

You will provide nursing assessments, undertake clinical procedures, and coordinate care plans with support and guidance.
