Job Role:

This role is based within the county of Hertfordshire. Community Nurses will support the team with daily duties and report to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing and at least 1 year of solid experience in Community Nursing.
  • Ability to manage a client caseload responsibly with support, maintaining up-to-date and confidential client records.
  • Compliance with NMC registration and Code of Conduct.
  • Provide professional nursing assessments for care management.
  • Perform clinical procedures and stay clinically competent through updates.
  • Coordinate and evaluate care plans with support, including direct work with clients.

This is a busy, fast-paced role requiring calm communication with staff and patients. Employers value a friendly, caring attitude and respect for those needing healthcare support.

Previous nursing experience and qualifications are essential.
