Nursery Assistant
Perfect for those beginning their childcare journey or working towards qualifications.
Responsibilities:

Supporting daily routines and care of children aged 0–5

Assisting with meal times, hygiene, and play activities

Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment

Observing and recording children's progress under supervision

Requirements:

A genuine interest in working with young children

Willingness to work towards a Level 2 qualification in Childcare (if not already held)

Good communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)

Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)
Ideal for experienced childcare professionals ready to take ownership of planning and development.
Responsibilities:

Creating and delivering age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework

Key person responsibilities including observations, assessments, and planning

Promoting children’s well-being, safety, and development

Building strong partnerships with parents and carers

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education

Experience in a nursery or early years setting

Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Nursery Room Leader
A fantastic opportunity for experienced practitioners ready to lead and inspire.
Responsibilities:

Leading a room team to deliver outstanding care and education

Supporting and mentoring junior staff and apprentices

Monitoring children’s progress and maintaining high standards of observation and assessment

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and safeguarding regulations

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)

Proven experience in a senior nursery role

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
