Just Imagine Day Nursery - Vange, part of the Family First Group, is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge / Deputy Manager on a full-time basis. The role offers 6 months’ tenure with opportunities for development and a supportive team environment.

You will lead through example, mentor staff, and foster strong partnerships with families while ensuring high standards of care and safe practice.

Qualifications

• Confident written and spoken English
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices

Responsibilities

• Support the nursery leadership team by modeling positive examples and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and coach staff through supervision and teamwork to ensure quality care.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:
