Job summary

Childbase Partnership Ltd. is seeking a Team Leader for a Grasshoppers Day Nursery in Aylesbury. You will lead a room-based team, plan engaging activities and ensure high standards of care and EYFS delivery.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with varied shifts Mon-Fri 07:30-18:30; pro-rata salary £36,150.40–£36,878.40 and hourly £17.38–£17.73. We offer generous leave, wellbeing support and career development.

Qualifications

• Qualified early years practitioner with level 3+ EYFS qualification.
• Experience in room-based team leadership.
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a room-based team to deliver high-quality early years activities.
• Plan and observe children's progress, recording development.
• Maintain safeguarding and well-being of children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent care.
