Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking a qualified early years professional to join our nursery team. You hold a DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above and have recent experience in an EYFS environment.

You will plan, observe and assess children's progress, promote safe and happy learning, and work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care across shifts.

Qualifications

• DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above.
• Experience in a nursery environment with EYFS planning and observation.
• Strong safeguarding awareness and child wellbeing focus.
• Collaborative leadership and effective team communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress and development.
• Support safeguarding and wellbeing across the setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to empower the team to deliver outstanding care.
