Childbase Partnership's Grasshoppers Day Nursery in Aylesbury is seeking a qualified early years professional to join our team. You will deliver high-quality learning experiences under EYFS, act as a Key Person, and contribute to a safe, caring environment.

You will lead by example, collaborate with colleagues, support children with SEND, and participate in our training academy. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer generous leave, career development, and employee ownership

Qualifications

• Essential: EYFS knowledge and experience in an early years setting.
• DfE approved early years qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Leadership experience is highly desirable; experience with SEND is a plus.
