A leading childcare provider in the UK seeks a passionate Team Leader to inspire and support young children in a nurturing environment. The role requires exceptional EYFS knowledge and experience in early years education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, fostering relationships, and ensuring children's well-being. This role is full-time (40 hours a week) and involves working a variety of shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year. You will be based in a room, leading a team.

A full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above is essential for this role. If you are not early years qualified, we may have an alternative role suitable for you.
