Job description

This role is full-time (40 hours a week) and involves working a variety of shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year. You will be based in a room, leading a team.

Your knowledge, skills, and character qualities make you the ideal Team Leader. You are:

  • Passionate about making learning fun; your exceptional EYFS knowledge and Key Person experience enable you to inspire young children to reach their full potential.
  • Naturally nurturing; you care about others and their well-being, ensuring the children (and colleagues) in your care feel happy and safe.
  • An advocate for partnership working; you thrive in a team environment, are a positive role model, and enjoy building meaningful and respectful relationships with others.

A full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above is essential for this role. If you are not early years qualified, we may have an alternative role suitable for you. Before starting, you will need to provide proof of the Right To Work and relevant qualifications. An enhanced DBS check and references will also be required.
