Position: Team Leader

Location: Woodberry Day Nursery, Winchmore Hill

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), shifts between 07:15-18:30, Monday-Friday, all year round.

We are seeking a candidate who:

1. Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has experience working in an early years setting.
2. Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners.
3. Can inspire colleagues through hands-on leadership and role modeling of best practices.
4. Thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment and supports partnership working.
