Are you looking for your next role in Early Years?


Aspire People are assisting a lovely Nursery School in Bilston who are looking to appoint hardworking, dedicated and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant to work in their Nursery class. The role is term time only, Monday-Friday.


Your role will include:
  1. Supervising and supporting children aged 2-4 year olds.
  2. Keeping children motivated and working towards their Early Years learning goals.
  3. Planning and implementing children's learning and play activities.
  4. Observing and assessing children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
  5. Working in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers to meet the individual needs of the children.
  6. Liaising within a multi-disciplinary team, i.e. speech and language and inclusion support.
  7. Key Person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families.
  8. Undertaking a shared responsibility for health, safety and cleanliness throughout the nursery.

Requirements Needed:
  1. Level 2 or above qualifications in childcare or early years.
  2. DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed.
  3. Paediatric First Aid or willing to undergo 2-day training course.
  4. Comfortable with nappies if required.
  5. Able to provide 2 references, one being from most recent employer.
