Nursery Teaching Assistant - Grade 2 (Full Time/Permanent/Term Time only contract)

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and passionate Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team to start September 2025.

Your opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated person who has experience of working in Early Years Foundation Stage. Our school has a passion and understanding of what effective learning is and how to inspire children to be the best they can be. As part of our welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate our youngest to do their best while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the classroom. In return for your hard work, we can offer excellent CPD opportunities and the support of a strong collaborative team.

We are looking for a candidate who:

- has high expectations of themselves and others

- can work well as part of a collaborative team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently

- has high expectations of attainment and behaviour for all children

- has the ability to enthuse and engage Nursery pupils in purposeful learning experiences

- is passionate about children's learning and welfare, enabling all children to achieve success

- has a clear understanding of the Early Years curriculum.

About Five Ways Primary School:

Five Ways is a large, three form entry primary school with approximately 650 pupils on roll. We have the privilege of working with well-behaved children who are motivated to learn and have supportive parents who want the best for their children. Our school is made up of a dedicated team of staff and governors working together to provide a stimulating environment which is conductive to learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across Five Ways, ensuring all children in Nursery receive an excellent education and reach their potential.
