Pay - £13.68 - £16.00 per hour.

Location - Bilston

Hours - 8.15-16.15

Start date - May 2025

Position - Nursery Teaching Assistant

Position Type - Temp to perm

Are you looking for your next role in Early Years?

Aspire People are assisting a lovely Nursery School in Bilston who are looking to appoint hardworking, dedicated and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant to work in their Nursery class. The role is term time only, Monday-Friday.

Your role will include:

• Supervising and supporting children aged 2-4 years.
• Keeping children motivated and working towards their Early Years learning goals.
• Planning and implementing children's learning and play activities.
• Observing and assessing children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Working in partnership with colleagues, parents, and/or carers to meet the individual needs of the children.
• Liaising within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Key Person responsibilities, including building relationships with children and their families.
• Undertaking shared responsibilities for health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the nursery.

Requirements Needed:

• Level 2 or above qualifications in childcare or early years
• DBS on the update service or willingness to have a new one processed
• Paediatric First Aid or willingness to undergo 2-day training
• Comfortable with nappies if required
• Ability to provide 2 references, including from the most recent employer
