Job description

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in CF3. This full-time role starts on 28th April and requires a nurturing, patient, and dedicated individual with prior experience working in Early Years settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and stimulating activities.
  • Assisting with children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Encouraging social, emotional, and educational growth in a play-based environment.
  • Helping with daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and personal care.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting is essential.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential.
