Job Title: Nursery Teaching Assistant

Location: NP19

Contract Type: Full Time

Pay: £89.38 Per Day

Start Date: October 2025

Responsibilities
  • Support our youngest learners in a safe, caring and stimulating environment; engage with children on an individual level while supervising the class.
  • Plan and supervise fun and educational activities.
  • Manage a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time.
  • Feed and change babies as needed.
  • Communicate with parents and staff members.
  • Ensure the safety of children.
  • Help children learn numeracy and language through daily activities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children in a Nursery environment.
  • You will need to be fully registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
