As our new Nursery Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that follow the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore.
Support children's early language, communication, and social skills through interactive and play-based learning.
Observe, assess, and track children's progress, adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
Work closely with parents and carers, fostering strong partnerships to support children's development at home and in school.
Collaborate with the Early Years team to enhance teaching and learning strategies across the setting.
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) or an Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), ideally in a nursery setting.
A deep understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
A creative and nurturing approach to teaching, ensuring every child thrives.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
A commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.
