Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is recruiting a Nursery Teacher for a high-performing primary school in Hillingdon, starting September 2026. The role is permanent, with Inner London salary bands (£40,317–£62,496) for MPS/UPS and a strong focus on communication, literacy and child development within a well-structured EYFS curriculum.

The successful candidate will lead a Nursery class, deliver language-rich sessions, and collaborate with families to support pupil progress.

Qualifications

• UK QTS and EYFS teaching experience are essential.
• Strong ability to assess and monitor early development and progress.
• Excellent communication with families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Nursery class within a structured EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging play-based learning focused on language and early development.
• Use observational assessment to identify barriers and plan next steps.
