We are excited to announce the opening of our new provision for children aged 0-4 years, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher (2-4 years) to join our team.

The Role:
As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote holistic development, ensuring that each child feels valued and respected in line with our core values of Thankfulness, Courage, Koinonia, and Dignity.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a creative and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our Christian values and encourages children to explore their faith and character.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Assess and monitor children’s progress, ensuring that each child achieves their full potential.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning experience and maintain high standards of care and education.


What We Are Looking for:
A qualified teacher with a passion for early years education.
An understanding of the developmental needs of children aged 2-4 years.
A commitment to our Christian ethos and values, with the ability to integrate these into everyday practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
