Job description

A lovely 2 form entry Primary School in the BS11 area is looking for a Nursery Teacher to start from May, covering Maternity Leave 3 days a week.

The Role

This is a Part-Time position covering MAT leave so will require you to plan and deliver all lessons with the other teachers. You must be able to work collaboratively and individually with assessment.

The Head Teacher is looking for a Teacher with experience working within EYFS, where you have a clear understanding and knowledge of the curriculum.

You will be expected to:

  • Able to plan and deliver strong, high quality lessons.
  • Assess children’s development and differentiate to meet the needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
  • Have previous experience and curriculum knowledge in EYFS.
  • Work collaboratively with a class Teaching Assistant.
