Overview

A holistic, whole-child focused primary school in Havering / Romford, London is searching for a Nursery Teacher to join their team on either an ASAP or January 2026 start on a permanent contract. This is a full-time Nursery Teacher position, suitable for an experienced Nursery Teacher or an ECT with EYFS experience during placements.

The school is passionate about offering a well-rounded, holistic approach to education which starts in Nursery. Children are encouraged to learn through play, be creative and have fun, with an excellent Forest School and ample outdoor play space. Teachers are encouraged to teach in their own style, supported by strong schemes of work to scaffold from. The school maintains good progress in GLD results and benefits from specialist EYFS support to maintain positive behaviour and learning outcomes. The Executive Headteacher focuses on staff development, workload and wellbeing, supported by a strong team of teachers and leaders. Protected PPA time is provided and coordinated with partner teachers, and there is a team of internal PPA Teachers & HLTAs to ensure continuity of learning and consistent progress.

Open to ECTs and experienced Nursery Teachers, with opportunities for CPD and career development within the school.
