We're a welcoming and supportive school community committed to providing our youngest learners with the best possible start to their educational journey. You'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and fun environment where children can thrive, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
This is a term-time only role, with working hours of 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM daily. The daily rate is 131 - 166, dependent on experience and qualifications. The role is expected to last for one term between September - December 2025.
We're looking for a Nursery Teacher who is:
Qualified: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or appropriate Nursery qualification to be a room leader.
Experienced: Has a proven track record of teaching in a nursery or early years setting.
Experienced or with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework: Able to apply the Early Years Foundation Stage principles to planning and practice.
Creative: Able to design and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences and utilise indoor and outdoor spaces. Continuous provision and break out spaces will need to be designed and set up the night before.
Nurturing: Passionate about child development and dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborative: A team player who can work effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Committed: Dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children as well as strong attendance.
