Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader or similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS framework.

Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Stokenchurch Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially gain a promotion!

Our nursery is Ofsted rated GOOD and located within walking distance to local amenities and bus routes.
Transport from High Wycombe station to Stokenchurch can be covered.

Some of your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees include:

• Being a keyworker, ensuring each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
• And most importantly… having FUN!

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
