Job summary

A leading childcare provider in South Oxfordshire is seeking a Qualified Nursery Room Manager to guide and support a team. You'll be responsible for meeting individual children's needs, overseeing assessments, and promoting a fun learning environment. Candidates must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and possess strong management skills. This position offers a salary up to £27,000 per annum and includes various employee benefits.

Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great!

We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Oxford Ladygrove Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our very own in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially earn a promotion!

Some of the things you will do as a Room Leader/Manager at Busy Bees:
  • As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting the staff team.
  • Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
  • And most of all…have FUN!
