Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time, permanent basis at our Busy Bees Tunbridge Wells Nursery.
As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enroll in a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially earn a promotion!
We have two positions available, one in our preschool room and one in our baby room. Our preschool room can accommodate up to 40 children and has a fantastic team already in place. It features a child-sized kitchen, a mezzanine area for cozy spaces, and direct access to a large astro-turfed garden area.
Our large baby room includes a covered garden for free flow access and a sensory room for quiet exploration.
