We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader / Manager to be based in our Peninsula Branch. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms with fabulous outdoor areas.
You can earn up to £28,500 per annum working full-time (40 hours per week) – 4 or 5 days a week.

Note: The welcome bonus of £1,000 will be paid in two installments: £500 after joining and £500 upon completion of a 6-month probation period. The bonus is subject to taxes and NI deductions.
Childcare: Ensuring all areas of the EYFS and Statutory Framework are met; implementing safeguarding policies; providing a safe, stimulating environment; respecting cultural diversity; monitoring developmental records; reflecting on practice for improvement; managing transitions and communicating effectively with parents; acting as key person for a group of children.
Leadership: Clarifying team expectations; motivating and developing staff; conducting inductions and supervision; identifying training needs; managing staff conduct and performance.
Health & Safety: Reporting health and safety issues; maintaining cleanliness; conducting safety checks; adhering to risk assessments; monitoring incident records.
General duties: Managing nursery duties such as record-keeping; adhering to policies; meeting deadlines.
