Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Manager? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a full-time permanent basis at our Busy Bees Haslemere Nursery.

As a Room Manager with us, you will guide and support the team by role modelling your knowledge and best practice. In this role, you may wish to enrol on a Management Qualification with our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and potentially earn a promotion!

Some of the responsibilities of a Room Manager at Busy Bees include:

• As a keyworker, ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps and supporting the staff team.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements while guiding and managing the team in your room.
• And most importantly… have FUN!
