Job summary

Partou Childcare in Rickmansworth is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to manage a busy room and guide a team of early years practitioners. The role is full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week, with a focus on high-quality EYFS delivery and safeguarding.

You will lead the room, support children’s development, and collaborate closely with families and colleagues to create a nurturing learning environment.

About The Role

Partou Shepherds Lane Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Room Leader, overseeing the daily running of a room and ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
