Job description

Job Title: Room Leader
Location: 9 Amity Grove, Raynes Park, Greater London, England, SW20 0LQ
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 5-day 41.25 hours, and 4-day working options
Reports to: Nursery Manager

What You Bring:

  • Passion and Expertise: A deep understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to engage with children, parents, and your team, providing clear and constructive feedback.
  • Commitment to Safety: A strong focus on safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality, ensuring a secure environment for all.
