Shooting Stars Kings Norton is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) to lead a busy nursery room across our Midlands group. You will inspire and coach a team of practitioners, ensuring outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

The role is full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, all-year-round with Bank Holiday closures. Competitive hourly rate of £15.30 and a structured progression path within the Shooting Stars nurseries.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Previous leadership experience within an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, supportive and proactive leadership style.
