Qualifications

• Must have minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and safeguarding knowledge.
• At least 2 years' experience as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting.

Responsibilities

• Support your team to grow and perform at a high standard while following EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Create inspiring, creative and effective learning environments aligned with children’s needs and the nursery.
• Promote teamwork and a happy, family-like nursery culture.
• Ensure safety and welfare of children with safeguarding procedures.
• Implement EYFS with strong understanding of child development.
• Report issues of concern to senior staff or services as needed.
• Engage with parents and partners to help children thrive.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with nursery expectations.
• Contribute to high standards of quality in environment and resources.
