Aufgaben

• Lead a staff group and manage the nursery in the manager's absence.
• Carry out performance development reviews and provide constructive support to staff.
• Supervise staff to monitor development and quality of care.
• Lead planning and organisation of group room activities.
• Plan, hold and record team meetings and attend evening staff meetings to support staff development.
• Demonstrate willingness to develop expertise in creating a high-quality learning environment for birth to five years.
