This role involves training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills. You will need to ensure children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment. A sound understanding of a child's developmental requirements is essential, along with providing a range of stimulating learning experiences to support children's overall development. The successful Nursery Room Leader will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
