Overview

We are seeking a nursery room leader. You must be qualified to a minimum of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification to apply. We are recruiting either experienced Room Leaders or Level 3 Practitioners looking to step up into a more senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the staff team to get the best out of the team and ensure the welfare of our teams and children.
• Provide leadership within the room, upholding our ethos that children are at the heart of every decision.
• Operate with In the Moment Planning; no written plans to write, and minimal paperwork.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
• Room Leader experience or experience as a Level 3 Practitioner ready to advance to a senior role.
• Driving Licence (preferred/required in some cases as listed).

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days, 7:15am – 6:15pm
• Location: On-site / In person
• Salary: £32,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
